- Our team will send you a return form. Fill it out with accurate order details and specify your request for coupon credit.
- Confirm submission with our team. We will arrange a return pickup within 2–3 working days.
- Ensure that the return label and order details are clearly attached to the package.
⏱️ Return Processing Time
Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your returned items to process your store credit. You will be notified via email once the return has been completed.
✅ Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and labels attached.
- Returns are not accepted for:
- Damaged items due to misuse or neglect.
- Orders beyond the 3-day return window.
